This policy explains how Spraylane handles your personal information on spraylane.com.au. Spraylane is a business name of Omegaa Pty Ltd, ABN 81 647 259 881. "We" and "us" in this policy mean Spraylane.

What we collect

We don't ask for payment details on this site.

Why we collect it

Email from us

We only add you to our email list if you tick the box to agree. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. When our store opens, we'll move the list to our store platform so we can keep emailing you on the same terms.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site. It uses cookies and collects information about your visit, but not your name or email. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add on to opt out of Google Analytics.

We use Cloudflare to run the site and Cloudflare Turnstile to check that forms are filled in by people, not bots. Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information.

We use service providers to run the site and store information, currently Cloudflare (hosting, form storage and spam protection), Google (analytics) and Microsoft (email, to receive your messages and send our emails). They may store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We only share what they need to provide their service.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Only people who need it to do their job can see it. We delete information we no longer need.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at privacy@spraylane.com.au and we'll reply within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll try to put it right. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this policy when our store opens and whenever how we handle information changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
